When the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted traditional operations, the New Jersey State Police, through the state fusion center (The ROCK), had to adapt - finding new ways to share critical information without being in the same room. While these innovations may seem fundamental today, they were built on a mindset established long before the crisis.
