Patrick Doyon is a goal-focused executive and leadership coach who thrives on complex problems and business challenges - situations where he can leverage his creativity, common sense and analytical skills. He has a diverse background, including a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Sciences from McGill University, as well as a Teaching Diploma, an Executive MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching. Patrick is also a professional engineer and holds the PCC certification from the International Coach Federation. Prior to his coaching career, his 20 years of professional and management experience have provided him with a broad spectrum of practical know-how and expertise gathered at R&D centers, high-tech start-ups, public companies and international organizations. He's also known for his strong work ethic, dry sense of humor, and pragmatic and down-to-earth nature - qualities that transpire in his coaching and consulting approach with clients. In 2010, he founded CRINQ Leadership (www.crinq.com), a boutique coaching and consulting practice focused helping organizations accelerate the acquisition of leadership skills of its emerging managers and enhance the effectiveness of its teams.
