Nice tribute Ray! Those of us fortunate to have stood by Joe's side in those CorStat meetings got to witness something special - Law Enforcement in New Jersey is unique not just because of the immense talent we bring as individuals, but because we recognize the Strength in Force-Multiplication. No egos from Lt Colonel Joe Brennan - only commitment to Mission Success.

Best to Joe in his Future Endeavors !!

Congrats Joe on not just a great career but for staying true to the values that make the NJSP the great organization it is. You stayed a trooper’s trooper & never forgot where your cuffs were. Enjoy the next part of the ride; you’ve earned it.

That was a tremendous narrative to close out a career for an amazing law enforcement officer who has been directly responsible for a paradigm shift in how NJ performs its police work. Joe B is synonymous with intelligence sharing, strategic targeting, fusion centers and lowering crime, including shootings, across this great State. Through other initiatives he implemented under his direction, NJ is also bucking the Nationwide trend on fentanyl overdoses, we are going down while others are continuing to rise. Great family man, great person and great friend! Good Luck moving forward and God Bless Joe B!
