Great piece, Ray. When all is said and done, law enforcement is a people driven process. People have to capture/enter the data, people have to conduct follow-up on the data, people will make the arrest, conduct the prosecution, etc. As has been said before, the integration of people, technologies, & processes are needed to carry the day.
